Billing

Technical and Troubleshooting

The Reiss Motivation Profile® is a scientifically backed questionnaire, developed by Professor Steven Reiss. It consists of 128-questions to measure your intrinsic motivation. Your profile helps you gain insight into what motivates you, in all aspects of your life.

To complete the questionnaire, follow the steps below:

Click the secure link in your confirmation email.

Enter the details required.

Complete the 128-item questionnaire (in one sitting).

Press ‘Submit’.

Once submitted, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to your summary report.
The questionnaire takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. To get the most out of your profile summary, ensure that you complete the questionnaire in one sitting, with minimal disruption. The questionnaire will time out after 5 minutes of inactivity and your answers will not be saved.

After you submit your questionnaire, you will receive an email with a secure link to your summary report, and interactive, digital debrief. If you do not receive an email, check your junk or spam folders.

The digital debrief can be completed at your own pace. There are 16 videos, which run for approximately 2-3 minutes, as well as summary notes.
After completing your questionnaire, you will receive an email with a secure link to your report. No login details are required.
Please check your email junk/spam folders.

If it is still not showing, you can recover your report HERE, by entering your email and a new report link will be sent to your inbox.

Yes, you can download and print your full report, which includes your summary report page and the digital debrief summary notes.
Check out your junk/spam folder. If it’s still missing, please reach out to us via our customer support email helpdesk@reissmotivation.com.
The questionnaire is designed to be completed in one sitting with minimal disruption. The questionnaire times out after 5 minutes of inactivity, which means your answers will disappear. You can restart the questionnaire through your confirmation email link.

Reiss Motivation Insights Tool

The Reiss Motivation Insights Tool is a personalised analysis tool that goes deeper into your results. Each time you use it, you'll discover new perspectives on your motivations that complement your Digital Debrief.
Simply upload a copy of your Profile Summary to the Upload your PDF Report here section and click ‘Analyse My Profile’.
You can download the front page of your Reiss Motivation Profile® as a PDF by following these steps:

Open your Reiss Motivation Profile® via the unique, secure link in your emails.

On the first page of your Report, where the Graph is, click on the ‘Actions’ button.

From the dropdown, select ‘Download Report’, which will open a new window.

Before clicking ‘Download’, make sure the report type is set to Profile Summary.

Once downloaded, you can upload the PDF to the tool.
No, there is no account creation required.

You can use the analysis tool as many times as you like, each time the output will be slightly different. Please keep in mind the tool will not automatically save your output. To download your results, follow the steps listed in How do I export my personalised insights?.
Once the analysis process has been completed, click the ‘Export as PDF’ button in the top right-hand corner of the page to export and save a copy of the output.
If the analysis tool encounters any issues reading the PDF of your profile, you will receive an error message.

Please ensure the PDF is the ‘Profile Summary’ version, is a standard PDF file type and not password protected. Try downloading profile with these steps in place and re-upload it.
